Big Diversity (WIP)

"Diversity extends far beyond the confines of gender, although gender itself is undeniably significant. Often, however, we reduce diversity to this singular aspect. Let us delve deeper:

‘Diversity’ stands as a vibrant testament to the multifaceted nature of our world. Beyond the binary labels of male and female, it reveals a rich spectrum of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. True diversity is about the beauty of difference and lets us find strength, resilience, and compassion."

Embracing diversity strengthens organizations and teams and leads to holistic growth. It’s not just about financial performance; it’s about creating a more inclusive and compassionate world.

The magnetic quaders can be moved on the magnetic background.
During an exhibition in Horw in 2024, there will be additional boxes and different spheres added until there are 36 different spheres.
